Good on you for forcing yourself Gilly. I admit Wednesday is my day off as I have a few external commitments and I chose to be a bit slack. It's funny how one day you can feel quite perky and "thin" then other days you just feel blegh and fat, isn't it?
Gilly, that's going to happen. You have been going great guns. Fantastically. Inspirationally. And you forced yourself to work out. You are making admirable choices. Having said that, I am not trying to 'jolly you out of it'. It's okay to be there, just let us know if you are staying there for too long (that's when we try to jolly you out of it!!!)
